For you sellers, we have a one time listing-processing fee of $ 150.00. this fee is good for the entire time of your listing and will put your listing on the Web with in 5 Buisness days. We will in good faith of your trust to list with us , deduct this fee from the normal closing cost when Chilson & Associates International sells your week. Normal closing cost is $ 250.00. you will pay $ 100.00, most resort will charge you a transfer fee, they are not included in your closing cost. The commision on the sale of your week is 20%, so please price your listings accordingly to cover both of these costs. The first step to successful marketing is a proper file. The most complete sales file get the first call , because as a sales agent you can answer all the questions on the resort and ownership with all facts. We need the Following Information from you in order to List you week. 1. A copy of your deed, if you own in the U.S. If you own in Mexico , a copy of your certificate , so we know the year the program started and how many years are left on the ownership. Make ownership nates that will be helpful on the sale. 2. A faxed copy of your management company of your current maintenance record. 3. A copy of your reconveyance or your loan amount and lender , with a current sheet on balance due and a contact person`s name . 4. The Amount of your anual fees you pay. Are you current 5. Resort Information. Do you get bonus time? Cost? Etc. 6. Floor Plans and amount of People Allowed in the unit during use 7. Any other additional information you feel might be useful is selling your week. Please remember these timeshares dont sell quickly. The buyers dictate the sales prices and listing times on resales. |
